I am well established within the health and fitness industry with various specific workout programmes including:

The I DO: WORKOUT for brides and grooms to look and feel great on their wedding day.
You will be supported in a friendly motivating manner during your bespoke workout programme which is built around your goals.

I support my clients to become more active with 1-to-1 or group training programmes in Essex. My approach is friendly, fun and understanding of my client’s needs and limitations.
I also support individual’s who are not able to access local training with me through online training – I mentor them to achieve their exercise goals with specific exercise programming available to view via a training app.
I provide my mobile personal training services at an average of £40 per session.
